If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below:
Returns
Please contact me at euphoriacandles93@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange or return. If 5 business days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange!
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your candle arrives to you damaged, IMMEDIATELY take a picture and file a claim with USPS! To file a claim please call 1-800-332-0317 or you can file a claim online at usps.com. Once your claim is filed please send me an email with the picture attached at euphoriacandles93@gmail.com or text/call me at 317-970-3775! I will respond to you as soon as possible! Please allow up to 2 business days for a response. Once your claim is processed, we can discuss a resolution.
Refund
If I have agreed upon sending you a refund, please allow up to the following business day to process your refund.
